Delete your account or household
In the app
- Open Proud Jar on a parent’s phone and go to Household.
- To delete everything for your family, the household owner opens Our Family and chooses Delete household. This erases its children, tasks, tokens, rewards, photos, devices and pairing codes.
- To delete your parent account, open Account & permissions and choose Delete account. If you own a household, transfer it to a co-parent or delete it first.
- You may be asked to sign in again to confirm.
Children’s phones clear their saved family data and remove Proud Jar restrictions the next time they connect. Access ends immediately; erasing stored copies and backups completes within 30 days, including backups.
Deleting does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Email privacy@appxlab.io from the address you sign in with. We will verify the request before deleting anything.
